<p>New Start Coordinator (Secret Clearance #26-035)</p> <p>Job Code:26-035 Location:Arlington, VA - Hybrid FT/PT Status:Full Time Required Clearance:Secret</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support DARPA BTO by assisting with guidance, communication and processes for all New Start programs. </li><li>Assist Program Managers (PM) with briefing slide development, adherence to project timelines, monitor progress and deliverables, and identify any challenges. </li><li>Communicate program status, challenges, and milestones in collaboration with the PM and SETA team to mission office leadership. </li><li>Coordinate through regular meetings, briefings, and feedback sessions with program teams ensuring all team members are aligned with mission office goals and timelines. </li><li>Other duties as assigned to assist mission office leadership in scientific, business, and organizational management. </li></ul> <p>Prior Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks, including briefing support and general administration. </li><li>Developing project schedules and timelines. </li><li>Strong professional writing skills with an ability to prepare effective documentation including presentation slides. </li><li>Must have initiative, be detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a high-pressure environment.
