<p>Straight Arrow Products is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our customer service / order entry team! If you thrive on staying organized, supporting team success, and delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>Key Roll</p> <p>Function as the assistant to the Customer Service, Order Entry and Sales departments, which includes the following:</p> <ul> <li>Processes sales orders, credit memos, sample order requests, donation requests and .com invoicing. Receive and respond to requests including shipment tracking, PO status, and shipping department correspondence and issues. </li><li>Check orders entered by team members for accuracy. </li><li>Provides administrative support to the sales team, including creating and maintaining sales promotional campaigns in BC365 (NAV)/Sales Force (CRM). </li><li>Process new customer set up requests in Sales Force (CRM) and set up in BC365 (NAV). </li><li>Work with the International Sales Department when needed - help with documentation for international shipments, Government programs (MAPS) and help resolve shipping and custom clearance issues. </li><li>Help with collection issues of obtain past due payment status from customers, requested from the accounting department. </li><li>Assists with trade show requirements. </li></ul> <p>What you need to thrive in this role</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma / GED. </li><li>Three to five years' related experience in customer service, sales, or order entry. </li><li>Microsoft Office Suite experience required. </li><li>BC365(NAV) and Sales Force (CRM) experience preferred. </li><li>Able to compose business letters, write reports, develop presentations and proof the written communication of the sales managers. </li><li>Empathetic and patient when speaking with customers, brokers, sales managers and consumers in a professional manner. </li><li>Possess the ability to be a decisive problem-solver and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with minimal supervision. </li></ul> <p>About us</p> <p>Founded in 1970,?Straight Arrow?has grown to be leading brand in human?and equine?personal and skin care.
