This position is responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance and Refurbishment functions throughout the community.</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:</p> <ul> <li>Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and following safety protocols. </li><li>Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks as outlined by our work order system or direct assignment from Director of Plant Operations </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. </li><li>Trade School diploma preferred and 2+ years experience in hotel, apartment or senior living maintenance </li><li>Electrical / HVAC experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Starting rates of $22+/hr depending on experience</p> <p>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>EEO Employer</p>
