<p>Job Description:</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Under direction, to teach and instruct pupils in grades 9 through 12 in secondary academic subject matter, social, behavioral, and other educational skill areas; to plan, develop, organize, and conduct a comprehensive educational program for secondary level pupils; to assist upper secondary level pupils in making appropriate lifestyle adjustments, and in the determination of career and vocational choices; and to do other related functions as required.</p> <p>SALARY RANGE</p> <p>Starting at $41,000.00 (based on a Bachelor's Degree)</p> <ul> <li>New employees receive credit for previous FULL years of verified experience in appropriate experience related to the area in which they will work. </li><li>Current District 32 salary schedules. </li></ul> <p>WORK SCHEDULE</p> <p>This position works 7.75 hours per day, Monday - Friday following the school calendar and including scheduled professional development days.</p> <p>BENEFITS</p> <p>Certified 9-month employees at Perry County School District 32 receive the following benefits:</p> <ul> <li>The district pays up to $650.00 per month for the employee's medical insurance, which begins on the first day of the month following the official employment date.
