Be part of an extraordinary life!</p> <p>Clarendale West End is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Associate to join our team!</p> <p>Full-time and part-time shifts needed.</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Associate:</p> <ul> <li>Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs. </li><li>Receive service requests and response in a timely manner. </li><li>Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. </li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. </li><li>Perform minor building and equipment repairs. </li><li>Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. </li><li>Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate. </li><li>Perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles). </li><li>Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles when assigned. </li></ul> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language </li><li>Good communication skills (oral and written) </li><li>Good inter-department communication and teamwork skills </li><li>Capable of administering employee incentive, retention and training programs </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products </li></ul> <p>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</p> <p>EEO Employer</p>
