Devon Ave | Des Plaines, IL 60018</p> <p>Free Parking / Free Shuttle from the Rosemont Blue Line Station</p> <p>Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for providing service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service. </li><li>Must be willing to work all shifts. </li><li>Picks up empty glasses and returns them to the proper area. </li><li>Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, clearing tables and serving food. </li><li>Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins, etc. </li><li>Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job. </li><li>Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. </li><li>Knows the menu items, specials, and prices. </li><li>Completes all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner. </li><li>Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated. </li><li>Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times. </li><li>Handles any guest's complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner. </li><li>Keeps work area clean. </li><li>Ensures thorough communication between shifts. </li><li>Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures. </li><li>Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures. </li><li>Performs all other duties specified or assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, money, etc.) </li><li>Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails. </li><li>Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members. </li><li>Possesses ability to work under pressure. </li><li>Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment. </li><li>Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I.
