<p>We are looking for a Foreman in the Cleveland area with at least 2 years experience working with flashings, ridge metal, chimney flashing, box gutter, hanging gutters and slate and metal roofing. Must be team oriented, able to run small crews, responsible and willing to improve and grow. CORE REQUIREMENTS: Slate, sheet metal and copper roofing experience - MUST BE TECHNICALLY PROFICIENT Supervisory Experience A valid driver's license that qualifies for coverage from our insurance (typically 4 points or less) is required Must be able to carry 50 lbs. regularly. Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screens. Open to occasional travel as needed. WE OFFER: Hourly rate negotiable, based on experience Uncapped Overtime and work through the Winter. Health, Vision, Dental Insurance and 401(k) after 90 days. Saturday work, travel & perfect attendance bonuses given Quarterly Compensation negotiable and based on experience.
