As a Polish and Inspection Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, consistency, and compliance of our encapsulated nutraceutical products before they reach the final packaging stage. You'll operate polishing and inspection equipment, monitor batch accuracy, and uphold strict FDA and GMP standards-helping us deliver safe, top-quality products every time.</p> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Operation of capsule polishers, inspection tables, filters, and milling equipment </li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate documentation </li><li>Proficient in basic math and able to verify batch compliance through calculations </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following GMP and FDA regulations </li><li>Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills </li><li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing </li><li>Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 111 requirements </li><li>First-level equipment maintenance knowledge </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience </li><li>Experience in operating encapsulation equipment or related production roles </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Commitment to workplace safety, including PPE usage and hygienic practices </li><li>Willingness to work scheduled shifts with occasional overtime as needed </li></ul> <p>If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a quality-focused environment, this is your chance to contribute to a growing company committed to excellence.
