<p>Position Summary Description</p> <p>Maintains landscape/grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Will typically perform a variety of tasks which may include any combination of the following: Mowing, trimming, planting, digging, raking, sprinkler repair and installation. Assist with Mailroom, fleet vehicles maintenance and detailing.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Maintains the building, equipment and landscaping of the grounds for Seminole Electric Headquarters (Tampa) and the Business Continuity Center ("BUCC" - Spring Hill) </li><li>Works with and escorts contractors </li><li>Takes fleet vehicles for car washing/detailing/maintenance </li><li>Perform other duties as applicable to the position or as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Education Requirements</p> <p>High School diploma. Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report. Must be able to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs. of weight.</p> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>Some travel and work outside of normal business hours.
