At UnityPoint Health, you matter.</p> <p>UnityPoint Health - Community Memorial Hospital is a critical access hospital located in a rural setting in Northeast Iowa. The replacement facility was opened in January 2013 and serves as a primary employer in the community. The facility offers inpatient and skilled nursing hospital visits, 24-hour emergency care, lab and radiology, outpatient surgeries and specialty clinics, and therapy services. The community rallied to support the building of the replacement hospital in 2012 with contributions double of what was anticipated.
