DFA/Meadow Gold manufactures a variety of dairy products, including cheese, butter, fluid milk, ice cream, dairy ingredients and more, under well-known and established regional brands.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, Post and Reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets and invoices. </li><li>Audit and Reconciliation: Investigates over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets. </li><li>Ticket Control: Verifies tickets and load sheets against control sheet. </li><li>Handheld System: Checks information uploaded from Norand and corrects problems. </li><li>Monitors completeness of Route Settlement packages. </li><li>Other duties as needed or assigned. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <ul> <li>$20.50 Hourly </li></ul> <p>SCHEDULE:</p> <p>Monday - Friday</p> <p>7:30am-3:30pm or</p> <p>8:00AM - 4:30PM</p> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>401K Company match </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Team lunches once a month </li><li>Referral Bonus Program </li><li>Career growth opportunities - we promote from within! </li><li>Comprehensive healthcare benefits </li></ul> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required. </li><li>Experience preferred, but not required. </li><li>Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. </li><li>Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. </li><li>Able to lift items weighing no more than 25 pounds (file boxes) </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Must be able to pass drug test and background checks (including criminal). </li></ul> <p>Salary:</p> <p>20.50</p>
