<p>Pay Range: $65.49 - $69.01</p> <p>Note: Hybrid Role (Bay Area)</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Drive analytics for Document Cloud business across US and international (e.g. Asia, Europe, etc.) to unlock growth and monetization opportunities and hypothesis tests (A/B testings) through analyzing results and communicating insights and recommendations. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional/cross-regional team including growth managers, product manager, GTM, finance, and engineering's to understand monetization opportunities, product/customer behavior and features, and use insights generated to make recommendations to improve customer experience and drive monetization. </li><li>Be a specialist of stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across various data sources. </li><li>Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better understand customer behavior, end-to-end customer journey, and monetization path. </li><li>Define metrics/reporting frameworks and design and implement reporting dashboards and track Key Performance Indicators and provide useful insights </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B test analytics. </li><li>Expertise in working with large data sets using SQL </li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability. </li><li>Ability to synthesize large scale data sets to generate a clear story and impactful insights to senior/cross-functional stakeholders </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to work with stakeholders across different timezone </li><li>Hands-On coding experience with at least one programming language (Python/R) </li><li>Hands-on experience working with Cloud Platform e.g. Databricks. Ability to build and run data pipelines in Cloud. </li><li>Experience in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau & Power BI. </li><li>Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources. </li><li>Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics experience is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Education: 5 - 9 YO</p>
