This internship offers hands-on experience across various roles with exposure to multiple F&B outlets within Turning Stone Enterprises. Interns will rotate through both dining and beverage operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of front-of-house and beverage service functions. Working closely with department leadership, you will gain invaluable experience in the hospitality industry.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Rotate through different positions to gain a well-rounded experience in various F&B outlets, including beverage operations. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service as a Host, greeting and seating guests in multiple dining settings. </li><li>Handle transactions accurately as a Cashier in different outlets. </li><li>Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction across various dining and beverage environments. </li><li>Assist the Beverage Department in managing drink service, including preparation and delivery of beverages to guests. </li><li>Support the Supervisor in daily operations, team coordination, and service management across F&B and beverage settings. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and safety protocols in all areas, including beverage stations. </li></ul> <p>Educational Focus:</p> <p>This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of front-of-house operations within the hospitality industry, with additional exposure to beverage service. Through rotations you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, team coordination, and operational management.
