Within your first 90 days, you will be cross-trained as both a Packer and a Machine Operator, giving you a broad understanding of our production processes. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our products are efficiently packed, processed, and prepared for distribution-all while adhering to strict quality control and safety standards.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate production equipment and packing machinery safely and efficiently </li><li>Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies </li><li>Accurately package and label products according to specifications and customer requirements </li><li>Records all downtime and production figures for assigned work station. </li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with health and safety regulations </li><li>Monitor machinery and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors </li><li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines </li><li>Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards </li><li>Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management. </li></ul> <p>Education, Certifications and Licensures:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>One to six months of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combination preferred. </li><li>Basic math skills. </li><li>Ability to read and write in English. </li></ul>
