<p>Lead the integration of innovative engineering and Tesla's Production System principals into the optimized design, manufacturing and process development of stamping dies used to produce Tesla products. The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in launching or maintaining stamping dies for new model vehicle programs demanding the highest quality standards and leading a highly technical Tool & Die team in a relentlessly demanding environment.</p> <p>The successful candidate for this position will be a highly motivated individual who takes pride in analytical and hands-on abilities, leadership abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
