Our values and continuous improvement culture build the foundation of strong and sustainable businesses appreciated by our employees and customers around the world.</p> <p>Plant Controller - Reading</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead budgets, forecasts, weekly sales reporting, estimates, and financial modeling </li><li>Deliver financial analysis, management reporting, variance analysis, KPIs, and benchmarking </li><li>Oversee inventory costing, cost control, investment evaluations, and productivity improvements </li><li>Conduct ROI analyses, business cases, capex proposals, and scenario modelling </li><li>Manage customer and product margin analysis, profitability assessment, and pricing approval support </li><li>Drive procurement savings with Operations (supplier cost control, logistics optimization, indirect cost reduction) </li><li>Support digitalization and process automation </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>10+; years of experience, including ~7 years in a manufacturing/plant finance environment </li><li>Background in international manufacturing groups </li><li>Strong project management, business partnering, and transformation experience </li><li>Proven ability to lead financial functions for businesses >USD 25m </li><li>Agile and effective in complex, fast-moving industrial settings </li><li>MBA and CPA preferred </li><li>Expert-level Excel, financial analysis, and PowerPoint skills </li></ul> <p>Anticipated compensation range: $105-120K + bonus</p>
