<p>Range: 55-60K</p> <p>Position Summary: The Employee Resource Center Specialist II provides advanced support to employees and managers across a wide range of HR topics, including benefits, leave of absence, payroll, company policies, training, and HRIS-related inquiries. This role is responsible for thoroughly researching and resolving complex issues prior to escalating to Centers of Excellence (COEs), ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery. The Specialist also performs regular audits and data integrity reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state regulations.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including benefits, leave of absence processes, policy interpretation, employee training, and HRIS navigation. </li><li>Utilize available resources and internal systems to research and resolve complex questions and issues independently, escalating when necessary. </li><li>Provide accurate and timely guidance in alignment with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Perform regular audits of HR transactions and data to ensure compliance with internal standards and external legal/regulatory requirements (e.g., FMLA, ADA, state leave laws). </li><li>Provide HR Transaction Support as needed in the HRIS System(s). </li><li>Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across HR systems; process corrections and updates to maintain data accuracy and consistency. </li><li>Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and other HR functions to resolve cross-functional issues. </li><li>Maintain shared inbox and documentation of inquiries, research steps, resolutions, and follow-ups. </li><li>Identify recurring issues or process gaps and make recommendations for service improvements or knowledge base updates. </li><li>Support knowledge sharing and process documentation to help enhance the HR Service Center's overall effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. </li><li>3-5 years of experience in HR support, preferably in a shared services environment. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of HR practices and policies, with experience supporting benefits, leave of absence, training, and HRIS-related inquiries. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of employment regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and other federal and state-specific leave laws. </li><li>Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle); experience performing data corrections and audits. </li><li>Exceptional problem-solving, research, and analytical skills. </li><li>Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. </li><li></li></ul>
