Due to the nature of our business, schedule flexibility is required for all positions.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Taskforce Sales Manager to join our team. This position requires a highly adaptable individual who can seamlessly step into various properties, providing strategic sales leadership, driving revenue growth, and supporting on-property sales teams during transitions, peak seasons, or special projects.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. </li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities across group, corporate, and leisure segments. </li><li>Foster relationships with key clients, travel partners, and event planners. </li><li>Quickly assess and understand the unique sales needs of each assigned property. </li><li>Provide hands-on support for RFP responses, contract negotiations, and client site visits. </li><li>Implement effective sales tactics tailored to the property's target market and brand positioning. </li><li>Work closely with on-property sales teams, general managers, and corporate leadership. </li><li>Ensure seamless communication during transitions, ensuring continuity of client relationships. </li><li>Train and mentor property-level sales associates as needed. </li><li>Analyze market trends, competitive data, and property performance to adjust strategies. </li><li>Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to senior leadership. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. </li><li>2+ years of hotel sales experience, with a proven track record of success. </li><li>Flexibility to travel extensively and work across multiple properties. </li><li>Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM software, hotel sales systems, and Microsoft Office. </li></ul> <p>Please note that temporary employees are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits and other fringe benefits provided to regular full-time employees.</p> <p>Temporary roles are designed to address short-term business needs, and as such, benefits eligibility is limited to what is required by applicable federal, state, and local laws.</p> <p>As a temporary employee, you will be classified as a W-2 employee and not as an independent contractor (1099). All employees are subject to payroll taxes, withholdings, and company policies in compliance with labor laws.</p> <p>Compensation Range</p> <p>The compensation for this position is $1,500.00/Wk. - $1,600.00/Wk. based on qualifications and experience.</p>
