<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Internship</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Brand Experience Intern</p> <p>Hours: 10-15 hours per week, hybrid schedule</p> <p>Compensation: Academic Credit Only</p> <p>Reports to: Senior Marketing Operations Manager</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Brand Experience Intern will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, working closely with the Director of Brand Experience to maintain brand consistency, engage with communities, and support overall growth.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Brand Standards: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. </li><li>Asana Management: Review and approve Canva collateral, and maintain brand-aligned templates. </li><li>Lead Analysis: Analyze marketing efforts and provide performance insights. </li><li>Social Media: Support content management, posting, and engagement. </li><li>Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to Google reviews. </li><li>Ad Campaigns: Assist in ad submission, proofreading, and editing. </li><li>Website Updates: Audit and update company websites for accuracy. </li><li>Copywriting & Proofing: Write and edit marketing materials. </li><li>Asset Management: Organize marketing files in Dropbox and TEAMS. </li><li>Reporting & Analytics: Gain experience with tools like Welcome Home CRM, Google Analytics, and HubSpot. </li><li>Meeting Participation: Contribute to internal and agency meetings. </li><li>Regency & Collateral Audits: Maintain promotional and sales assets. </li><li>Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with various marketing projects as needed. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment. </li><li>Exposure to strategy, implementation, and analytics. </li><li>Professional development and networking opportunities. </li><li>Flexible schedule to accommodate educational commitments. </li><li>Capstone project integration (if required). </li><li>Minimum of 150 hours unless otherwise specified by the institution. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a marketing or communications undergraduate program. </li><li>Strong attention to detail with a passion for branding and marketing. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (portfolio preferred). </li><li>Creative thinker with innovative marketing ideas. </li><li>Experience with social media management and digital marketing. </li><li>Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. </li><li>Willingness to learn marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). </li></ul> <p>Equipment Requirements</p> <p>Must have a personal computer; access to necessary software will be provided.</p> <p>Interview Process</p> <ul> <li>Application Review: Resumes and portfolios (if provided) will be reviewed for qualifications and experience. </li><li>Initial Screening: Selected candidates will have a 15-minute phone interview to discuss interests and fit. </li><li>Interview with Brand Experience Team: A 30-45-minute virtual interview with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Director of Brand Experience. </li><li>Final Decision & Offer: Candidates will be notified within one week of the final interview. </li></ul>
