<p>Friendly Bean -- Manager</p> <p>New Horizons is looking for a manager for the Friendly Bean. The Friendly Bean Manager is expected to provide outstanding customer services and delicious food and drinks. The Manager will also need to work with clients of New Horizons on a daily basis at The Friendly Bean. The Manager is responsible for the daily operations of The Friendly Bean.</p> <p>The Friendly Manager will supervise the operations of the Friendly Bean to include approving employee time, ordering food, ensuring food standards are met, scheduling staff and clients, ensuring cleanliness, managing food inventory, and keeping an accurate account of the daily register and bank deposit.</p> <p>A successful manager will have the ability to compassionately and competently work with people, multitask, communicate effectively, be a team player and provide great customer service.</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Valid Driver's License</p> </li><li> <p>Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drug Test required</p> </li><li> <p>Background report and driving record required</p> </li><li> <p>TB test required</p> </li></ul> <p>Location</p> <p>The Friendly Bean</p> <p>Lawrenceburg Public Library</p> <p>150 Mary St</p> <p>Lawrenceburg, IN 47025</p>
