As a part of our team, you'll be at the heart of catering to the business, our esteemed guests, and sustaining harmony amongst the team.</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering all items efficiently. </li><li>Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining a consistently heartfelt and high-quality service. </li><li>Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and make thoughtful suggestions for upselling unique menu items. </li><li>Accurately and quickly take and place orders, input them into the POS system, and handle billing. </li><li>Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings. </li><li>Ensure the restaurant/outlets are tidy, organized, and follow safe food handling procedures. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Seasonal role - open availability from May through October </li><li>Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry. </li><li>Good knowledge of food and wine.
