<p>Job Title:</p> <p>Manufacturing Technician, Mon-Fri, 6 am to 2:30 pm</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>Our Bedford, MA site is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for weekend shifts Monday-Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm to join our ESC Operations team This role will work closely with other team members within the ESC Operations group. Responsibilities include operating automated robots to manufacture products, assembling parts according to established procedures, and running high vacuum tools and hydraulic presses. The ideal candidate will be willing to cross train and support additional work areas as needed to meet business demands.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Follow all safety best practices and wear required PPE while on the production floor.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate automated robots, hydraulic presses, and other production equipment as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform operational checks and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains in good working condition.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate vacuum systems and other processing tools according to established procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Set up (fixture) and de-fixture parts for vacuum and processing operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform part assembly and wet etch processes as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow work instructions step by step with 100% adherence to maintain product quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect parts visually and using metrology tools in alignment with quality procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and organized work area by following Entegris 6S standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute tasks based on production priorities and adjust workflow accordingly.</p> </li><li> <p>Record work confirmations in SAP and enter inspection/production data in CamLine.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate actively in shift?pass downs?to communicate updates on safety, quality, and production priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Clean fixtures and parts as?required?to support production.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide feedback to Engineering on potential process improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate and promote Entegris PACE values in all daily activities.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Seek:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School?Diploma or equivalent (GED)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of?3 years?manufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus)</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work?Overtime?when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to work around chemicals?(including but not limited to?IPA,?Acetone,?FeCl, HCL)</p> </li><li> <p>Fluency in English is?required?for training purposes.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in?a cleanroom.</p> </li><li> <p>Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding Candidates Will Have:</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter is capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.</p> </li><li> <p>An ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, and possess a positive attitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Problem Solving - Recognizes problems and understands root cause analysis techniques/concepts.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <p>At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
