We invest in our employees, with regular training, opportunities for advancement, and fun events to bring everyone together.</p> <p>We are presently seeking a Learning and Development Associate who will support the L&D Team by handling administrative tasks, including tracking training progress, maintaining records, updating content and coordinating training programs.in creating and delivering safety training, analyzing incident data, auditing programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations across Manufactured Home Communities.</p> <p>As a Learning & Development Associate, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain tracking of employee development initiatives, ensuring precise documentation of new hire training, assignments, and completion progress. </li><li>Track and initiate CM Success Coach bonuses and obtain necessary approvals for processing. </li><li>Track required employee certifications (e.g., Notary, OSHA, Lead Awareness), maintain accurate expiration records, and ensure timely completion by employees. </li><li>Update policy and instructional aid documents upon request, ensuring meticulous file management and version control. </li><li>Provide Learning Management System (LMS) support by troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with IT, HR, and content providers as necessary. </li><li>Generate training completion and compliance reports and other ad-hoc reporting needs. </li><li>Coordinate and administer in-person training logistics, including scheduling, calendar invites, event planning, and administrative support for materials, food, and technology setup. </li><li>Ability and desire to learn new software and develop as an L&D professional. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; or satisfactory combination of work experience and formal education, including a degree in progress. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. </li><li>Excellent customer service, communication and follow-up skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word formatting and Excel, Adobe Acrobat. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. </li><li>Experience in administrative support, training coordination, or other support roles is a plus. </li></ul> <p>We are Proud to Provide the following:</p> <ul> <li>Access to benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance </li><li>Short-term and long-term disability </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Generous Paid Time Off and holidays </li><li>Flexible spending account </li><li>401K with company match </li></ul> <p>#indcorp</p>
