<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial electrical work, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of electrical systems and tools. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety practices, The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Performs various corrective/preventive repairs as assigned for building maintenance. </li><li>Maintains inventory of items such as light bulbs and equipment parts. </li><li>Conducts inspections and repairs of lights. Indoor & outdoor. </li><li>Familiar with high & low voltage. </li><li>Completes assigned work orders as needed and may assist other departments. </li><li>Perform any other maintenance duties or tasks as assigned. </li><li>General knowledge blueprints and schematics. </li></ul> <p>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) </li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience </li><li>Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. </li><li>Unlimited journeyman's license </li></ul> <p>OTHER REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to pay attention to the details of a project or task. </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more, be able to stand and/or walk 8 hours a day. </li><li>Must be familiar with all common hand tools and their uses. </li><li>Ability to climb and maneuver a ladder and be comfortable with heights. </li><li>N.E.O offers excellent benefits.
