<p>Job Title: Pharmacy Technician</p> <p>Location: Near Downtown Knoxville!</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM</p> <p>Pay: $22- $24/hr</p> <p>The main thing the manager is looking for is a pharmacy technician with a good attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability. She is more than happy to train the right candidate!</p> <ul> <li>3-month contract to hire! </li><li>No weekends! Closed only on major holidays. </li><li>Work-life balance is a priority for them and for quality of life and retention! </li></ul> <p>License & Certification:</p> <ul> <li>Active TN Pharmacy Technician License </li><li>CPhT (PTCB preferred, not required) </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare IV and pharmaceutical compounds using sterile techniques (USP-797 compliance) </li><li>Maintain accurate drug inventory and verify lot numbers </li><li>Clean and maintain ante-room and clean room per regulatory standards </li><li>Perform environmental monitoring and sanitation </li><li>Assist with on-call responsibilities as needed </li><li>Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing </li><li>PTCB is strongly preferred, but not required. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
