With an experienced growing team and state-of the-art greenhouses, Revol Greens is paving the way to a more sustainable future.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Summary of Position:</p> <p>The Packhouse Associate will be responsible for harvesting and packaging fresh leafy greens for Revol Greens using innovative greenhouse equipment.</p> <p>Essential Functions & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Harvest and pack orders for delivery </li><li>Working in multiple areas all related to packaging and harvesting product </li><li>Record and document information related to everyday duties and food safety </li><li>Prepare and track cumulative harvesting and packing totals </li><li>Complete daily operational checklists </li><li>Clean work areas and systems including pack-lines, harvest, and other equipment according to GFSI checklist </li><li>Communicate and cooperate with coworkers, supervisors, and managers </li><li>Follow quality, food safety and service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. </li><li>Participate in any required company training, including safety and food safety </li><li>Any other jobs or activities that may occur during the harvesting and packing processes </li><li>Assist and perform any other related duties as required or assigned. </li><li>Maintain a clean workspace to minimize contamination </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Flexibility to work in a variety of areas and tasks, as necessary </li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail </li><li>Comfortable working with automated equipment </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Supervisory:</p> <ul> <li>This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>Packhouse</p> <ul> <li>The temperatures in the packhouse are between 34-38° F to preserve product quality </li><li>PPE must be worn at all times </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Occasionally ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like. </li><li>Occasionally remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. </li><li>Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another. </li><li>Occasionally adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions. </li><li>Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Revol Greens offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance </li><li>401K retirement plan with employer contributions matching 50% of the first 4% of employee contributions and 50%. </li><li>Company provided life insurance + optional employee paid voluntary life insurance, dependent life coverage and voluntary accident coverage </li><li>Company paid long term disability </li><li>Employee paid voluntary short term disability </li><li>72 hours of paid time off for new employees + 6 company paid holidays </li><li>Vacation accrues on a weekly basis, unless applicable federal, state and local law requires a faster accrual </li><li>Paid sick time in accordance of the federal, state and local law </li></ul> <p>The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
