<p>Warranty Administrator</p> <p>Location: East Syracuse</p> <p>Job ID: # 71165</p> <p>Pay Range: $18 - $21</p> <p>Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm</p> <p>Flexibility for hybrid schedule based on performance/business needs. Mondays & Fridays are work from home days but subject to change.</p> <ul> <li>Process warranty claims/cases on a day-to-day basis </li><li>Provide support to our Distributor Network </li><li>Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network </li><li>Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system </li><li>Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone </li></ul> <p>How the Product Registration Team helps our customers:</p> <ul> <li>Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online </li><li>Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access </li><li>Provide customer warranty information </li><li>Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors </li><li>Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue </li><li>Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed </li><li>2+ years experience in customer service </li><li>2+ years experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint </li><li>Salesforce experience preferred </li></ul> <p>HS Diploma/GED</p> <p>Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law</p> <p>Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
