<p>General Summary/Responsibilities:</p> <p>The Associate General Counsel is responsible for assisting the Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Chief Legal Officer in managing the numerous and varied legal affairs of Premier Health Partners, an academic health system in Southwest Ohio. As one of the largest comprehensive health systems in the region, Premier Health has five acute-care hospitals, an extensive network of physicians, numerous affiliate organizations, and more than 100 locations across seven counties.
