This role will assist with standing up and managing the CMMS system to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and superior customer service for a variety of employees, customers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic oversight, strong administrative skills, hands-on leadership, and excellent communications skills to lead demand, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs, optimize building systems performance, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
