<p>Outside Sales Representative</p> <p>We are seeking a career oriented, self-starting professional for a Commercial Outside Sales Representative position. As a sales rep, you will be selling commercial roofing systems and repair services to a variety of existing and potential clients throughout Lakeland, FL and surrounding areas. Our ideal candidate will possess commercial sales experience (at least 3 to 5 years).</p> <p>Requirements/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>You will be implementing sales strategies to maximize the Company's sales. </li><li>Demonstrated influencing and selling skills. </li><li>Strong follow up and relationship building ability. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Previous commercial roofing experience in the field is highly desirable </li><li>General computer knowledge with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems </li><li>Ability to communicate professionally in writing, including proper email etiquette when interacting with clients and internal teams </li><li>Efficiently utilize the company CRM system as a tool to manage leads, track client interactions, and build a sustainable book of business </li><li>Proactively generate new business opportunities through door knocking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts to identify and engage potential clients </li><li>Ability to work well in a professional office setting as well as visiting contractors on jobsites. </li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. </li><li>Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills, and organizational skills. </li><li>Proven ability to sell at the executive level, build a sales organization, and manage to a budget. </li><li>Must be able to assist customers in inspecting, measuring, and estimating roof projects. </li><li>Must be able to climb ladders to access roofs. </li><li>Valid driver's license and good driving record necessary. </li><li>Successfully passing a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle records check is required. </li><li>Limited travel may be required. </li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. </li></ul> <p>We are offering competitive salary with sales performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including company cell phone, monthly vehicle allowance, 401K, health insurance, and paid vacations and holidays.</p> <p>Holland is a Top 10 National Commercial Contractor (RoofingContractor.com) based out of Kentucky.
