<p>Job Title: O365 Engineer</p> <p>Location: Washington, DC (FULLY ONSITE)</p> <p>Company: Zachary Piper Solutions</p> <p>Clearance Required: Secret, or interim Secret</p> <p>Full Job Description:</p> <p>Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a O365 Engineer to join a growing team in support of a government agency. This position will be 5 days on site a week, located in Washington, DC.</p> <p>Responsibilities/Overview:</p> <ul> <li>Migration from on-prem to O365 and Azure cloud </li><li>Planning, design, engineering and execution of O365 migration </li><li>Setup of New Users: Provision new user accounts and profiles, and manage Office 365 licenses. </li><li>User Maintenance: Manage and support user accounts and groups, including password resets, user access issues, and mailbox management. </li><li>System Enhancements: Regularly review and implement system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure the optimal performance of the Office 365 environment. </li><li>OneDrive Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the integrity and security of data stored in OneDrive, including sharing permissions and access controls. </li><li>Microsoft Exchange Support: Provide end-to-end support for Microsoft Exchange, ensuring smooth and secure email communications within the classified environment. </li><li>Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with end-users, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive user experience. </li><li>Collaboration Tools Management: Administer collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Security: Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of systems, networks, and information within the Office 365 suite. </li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures relevant to Office 365 management. </li><li>End-User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Office 365 capabilities and best practices. </li><li>Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for Office 365-related technical issues, providing timely and effective resolution. </li><li>Compliance: Ensure all Office 365 activities comply with legal and company policies and procedures, maintaining operational security posture. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Secret Clearance preferred, sponsored interim secret clearance available. </li><li>Security+ certification or higher </li><li>Bachelor's Degree and 4 or more years of related professional experience </li><li>Must possess an active OS level certification (ex. Azure, AWS, Microsoft, Linux, etc.) </li><li>Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 services and integration in a secure, classified environment. </li><li>Experience in user account management and Microsoft Exchange mail services. </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly. </li><li>Knowledge of IT security best practices and familiarity with compliance regulations relevant to a classified environment. </li><li>Ability to meet with customers to gather and understand business requirements </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>$100,000 - $115,000+ Dependent on experience </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays. </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 6/10/25.
