<p>What's the Gig</p> <p>As an On-Call Cocktail Server, you'll be the ultimate hospitality hero, delivering delicious drinks and good vibes to our casino guests. Think of it as a performance, where you're the headliner! You'll be taking orders, crafting the perfect cocktails (or knowing where to get them!), ensuring everything is served with a smile, and keeping the energy high.</p> <p>Your Setlist Includes</p> <ul> <li>Mixing and mingling (responsibly, of course!) while delivering drinks with flair. </li><li>Keeping the good times flowing by providing fast and friendly service. </li><li>Knowing your way around a cocktail menu (and maybe even suggesting a new favorite!). </li><li>Checking IDs like a pro - keeping things legal and safe. </li><li>Keeping your station sparkling clean - because nobody likes a messy stage. </li><li>Handling payments with accuracy and speed. </li></ul> <p>Do You Have What It Takes to Rock</p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year of serving experience is a must. You've got to know the ropes! </li><li>High School Diploma or GED, and you must be at least 18 years old. </li><li>You'll need to get your food handler's card and a state-issued alcoholic beverage license. </li><li>Bonus points for completing alcohol awareness training. </li><li>Exceptional customer service skills are a MUST. We're all about making our guests feel like VIPs. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - think bright lights, big crowds, and lots of excitement! </li><li>Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods (you're on your feet most of the show!). </li><li>Ability to work in a casino environment (it can get a little smoky and loud sometimes). </li><li>Flexibility to work different shifts - because the party never stops! </li><li>Ability to frequently bend and kneel (for those low-top tables!). </li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (those trays can get heavy!). </li><li>You must be available to work at least one shift per month to stay in the band (maintain active employment). </li></ul>
