<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>At least eight (8) years of experience in project management or emergency management; OR </li><li>Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree in Public Safety Management, Public Administration, or a directly related field PLUS at least six (6) years of experience in project management or emergency management; OR </li><li>Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Public Safety Management, Public Administration, or a directly related field PLUS at least four (4) years of experience in project management or emergency management; OR </li><li>Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Public Safety Management, Public Administration, or a directly related field PLUS at least three (3) years of experience in project management or emergency management. </li></ul> <p>Licensure, Certification, or Other Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A valid State of Illinois driver's license is required </li></ul> <p>NOTE: A copy of your valid IL Driver's License will be required at time of processing.</p> <p>NOTE: You must provide your transcripts or diploma, professional license, or training certificates at time of processing, if applicable.</p> <p>SELECTION REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>This position requires applicants to complete an interview. This position also requires candidate(s) to complete a Willingness and Ability questionnaire. Candidate(s) who affirmatively answer the Willingness and Ability questionnaire will be interviewed. The interviewed candidate(s) possessing the qualifications best suited to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, based on the interview will be selected.
