<p>OVERVIEW</p> <p>As the Department Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Supervisor and ensuring the smooth operation of the Department. You will help manage and assign tasks, support attendance monitoring, provide training, provide quality assurance and daily oversight of the assigned team.
