They will also have a high attention to detail and ensure that equipment involved in the manufacturing process is in good working order and being used in a safe manner.</p> <p>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Understand and follow oral and written instructions. </li><li>Perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms. </li><li>Perform production duties as assigned by production supervisor typically entailing the manual assembly of products. </li><li>Capable of weighing and feeding raw materials into appropriate machinery based on production guidelines. </li><li>Exercise safe work practices. </li><li>Maintain good housekeeping of work area. </li><li>Perform all checks as required by the quality sampling standards to maintain specific quality standards. </li><li>Maintain production rates and strive to improve. </li><li>Record and report all necessary information and computer input as requested. </li><li>Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes. </li><li>Read, understand, and run the production schedule </li><li>Work with automated machinery and can perform troubleshooting tasks to increase machine uptime. </li><li>Willing to learn multiple operations and work in different areas </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Team-first and collaborative mentality </li><li>Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts </li><li>Effective time management skills </li><li>Able to follow written and or verbal instructions to specifications </li><li>Able to climb, bend reach and perform repetitive motions </li><li>Great problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to sit/stand for 10 hours </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:</p> <ul> <li>Base salary dependent upon experience + bonus based on company and personal performance and monthly incentive plan </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplement insurance programs with company assistance </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid Time off, Paid Holidays </li></ul>
