This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and build a long-term future with a trusted company.</p> <p>Apply TODAY and become part of the ServiceMaster family!</p> <p>Production Assistant Driver</p> <p>Location: Clackamas, OR</p> <p>Pay: $16.50/hour + Frequent Overtime</p> <p>Schedule: Full-Time | Wednesday - Sunday, 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM</p> <p>Hours: 40+ per week</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As a Production Assistant Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping client spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Perform cleaning duties using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures </li><li>Tasks include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment </li><li>Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment </li><li>Use appropriate PPE when required </li><li>Respond to customer complaints and requests professionally and promptly </li><li>Open/lock facilities and enable/disable security systems as needed </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus </li><li>Experience in a janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is helpful but not required </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively </li><li>Positive attitude, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented </li><li>Must communicate effectively in English; bilingual is a plus </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record </li><li>Must pass a drug screening </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance </li><li>Paid Vacation (1 week) </li><li>Paid Sick Time (1 week) </li><li>401(k) with Company Match up to 4% </li></ul> <p>About Us:</p> <p>ServiceMaster Building Services is a minority-owned business proudly serving the Portland metro area for over 50 years.
