For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older </li><li>Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license </li><li>No experience required and on the job training provided </li><li>No high school diploma, GED or college degree required. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>One (1) year of similar work experience. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Cleans and maintains rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interior and utilizing air freshener </li><li>Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage </li><li>May remove stains from carpet and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions </li><li>Gathers and empties trash </li><li>Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created </li><li>Drives vehicles while in the course of performing cleaning work </li><li>Notify management concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to facility </li><li>Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. </li><li>Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities </li></ul> <p>A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
