<p>Financial Analyst Opportunity Summary:</p> <p>The Financial Analyst works under the guidance of the Senior Financial Analyst in assisting senior management in preparing, reporting, and analyzing financial and operational results. The main role is to ensure that management receives clear, concise, meaningful, and timely data to be used for reporting at the operations levels, all the way through to the preparation of the Board of Directors' presentations.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Compiling financial and operational data into reports that are clear, concise, and meaningful, in accordance with reporting deadlines. </li><li>Assists in accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, ERP accounting setups, and other accounting needs. </li><li>Analyzing data presented for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before presenting the results of the reporting. </li><li>Assisting in the annual planning process, as well as quarterly forecasts, strategic plans, and other scheduled reports </li><li>Assisting in ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the financial statements </li><li>Managing the modeling and reporting of operational data in a manner to ensure data accuracy and integrity. </li><li>Assisting in the development of all automated reports, ensuring their accuracy and format are as desired. </li><li>Providing technical (accounting and analytical) support to the operations team </li><li>Researching and preparing ad hoc reports as requested </li></ul> <p>Work Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (B.
