APPLICATIONS ARE BEING REVIEWED AS CANDIDATES APPLY.  </p> <p>Under the direction of the Facility Operations Supervisor, the Assistant Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of recreation facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and supporting various activities and programs. This role requires strong independent judgment and initiative. </p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the Full-Time Manager on Duty with daily operational tasks, including cash reconciliation, room configuration changes, and responding to management-on-duty calls.</p> </li><li> <p>Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively, both in person and over the phone.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop proficiency in RecTrac software through provided training. </p> </li><li> <p>Prepare event spaces for meetings, classes, programs, and reservations, which includes the physical setup and breakdown of tables and chairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively anticipate and address guest needs, resolving problems and complaints calmly and efficiently. </p> </li><li> <p>Work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by facility operations. </p> </li><li> <p>Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility during reservations, classes, and programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Exercise initiative and professional judgment in all aspects of duty performance. </p> </li><li> <p>Provide direct assistance to the Facility Operations Supervisor with various administrative and operational tasks. </p> </li><li> <p>Assume responsibility for safety protocols and emergency response during critical situations. </p> </li><li> <p>Undergo comprehensive training in other operational areas to enhance overall facility management capabilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Other Duties as assigned. </p> </li><li> <p>Must be flexible and available to work late evening, weekend, and holiday shifts</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to work effectively without direct supervision.</p> </li></ul>
