Find your future with us.</p> <p>Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) Material Management Operations (MMO) team located in Berkeley, MO.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers</p> </li><li> <p>Uses Microsoft Excel functionality for organizing data and data mining</p> </li><li> <p>Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates part number attributes</p> </li><li> <p>Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system</p> </li><li> <p>Releases and maintains orders</p> </li><li> <p>Documents and resolves order delinquencies</p> </li><li> <p>Reports schedule adherence issues</p> </li><li> <p>Applies developed solutions to inventory plans</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories</p> </li><li> <p>Creates schedules for products and services</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates and supports process improvements</p> </li><li> <p>Works under general supervision</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or customer service environment</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in Inventory Management</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements for Inventory management</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Government Online Data Systems (GOLD)</p> </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.</p> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
