<p>Role Summary</p> <p>Anthropologie is seeking a highly organized, creatively driven Social Media Project Manager & Producer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social content across platforms. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who excels at timelines, cross-functional coordination, and producing compelling content that aligns with our brand's unique aesthetic and lifestyle voice. The ideal candidate is a project management pro and production enthusiast with a deep understanding of social trends, influencer marketing, and the retail/fashion/lifestyle space.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <p>Project Management</p> <p>?Own the end-to-end social content calendar and campaign timelines, ensuring seamless</p> <p>execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)</p> <p>?Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce) and</p> <p>external partners to align on deliverables, goals, and deadlines</p> <p>?Track project progress, manage approvals, and troubleshoot roadblocks in real time</p> <p>?Maintain project documentation, briefs, and production schedules with precision</p> <p>Content Production</p> <p>?Produce and oversee content shoots-ranging from in-house on figure shoots to</p> <p>influencer collaborations and user-generated content</p> <p>?Scout locations, coordinate talent, and manage production logistics to bring content</p> <p>concepts to life</p> <p>?Responsible for managing departmental budgets and coordinating all aspects of travel</p> <p>arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations.</p> <p>Collaboration & Communication</p> <p>?Act as the central point of contact between social, brand marketing, and creative teams</p> <p>?Lead weekly content status meetings, clearly communicating deadlines and updates</p> <p>?Support influencer content integration and UGC initiatives as part of broader campaign</p> <p>executions</p> <p>Role Qualifications</p> <p>?3-5 years of experience in social media project management or content production,</p> <p>preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands</p> <p>?Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive,</p> <p>solutions-oriented mindset</p> <p>?Excellent understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices</p> <p>?Hands-on experience with content production, including managing shoots and</p> <p>collaborating with creators/talent</p> <p>?Proficiency in project management tools and content planning platforms</p> <p>?A passion for creativity, aesthetics, and the Anthropologie brand voice</p> <ul> <li>open to New York and other commutable locations near Philadelphia, PA </li></ul> <p>#LI-DD2</p> <p>The Perks</p> <p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
