<p>Responsible for leading the research business/organizational operations of the Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools (CYFS). Provide leadership and oversight for the fiscal operation of CYFS, including budget monitoring, analyses, and forecasting. Report financial and organizational information to the Director for use in long-range planning. Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures; provide leadership, support and supervision to the CYFS administrative services team; and organize personnel operations. Assist the CYFS Director and co-Director in the evolution and implementation of strategic thinking for the Center.
