<p>What to Expect</p> <p>Tesla is looking for a highly skilled Electrical Design Manager (Project Manager) who is passionate about our mission to join our North American R&D Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be asked to own and drive the full design and engineering efforts for construction and infrastructure development projects from concept to build in the LA area and across the U.S. This role requires you to be extremely detail oriented, identify real hard barriers, and drive the cross-functional teams to execute quickly at high quality. We have a demanding and fast-paced environment, so being self-motivated and self-disciplined is critical. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
