<p>Position Title COMPUTER LAB AIDE/PART-TIME Reports To Area Head</p> <p>Functions and Responsibilities</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Education and Computing Technology or designee, the Lab Aide is responsible for maintaining PCs and peripherals, for troubleshooting and solving hardware & software problems.</p> <p>Pay rate of $15.49 per hour</p> <p>Supervisory Role</p> <p>Oral and written instructions are received from the Associate Director of Telecommunications or designee.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Install and repair computer hardware for PCs and peripherals.</p> </li><li> <p>Install and repair software for computers and peripherals.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists staff in the proper use of PCs and peripherals.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and maintains reports of pending and completed work.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other related duties as required.</p> </li></ol> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be</p> <p>met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and</p> <p>functions of the job and are not meant to be all inclusive.
