<p>The Team</p> <p>The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the overall administration of the Company's benefit programs. The role oversees compliance, daily administration and ongoing governance of the benefit plans, including medical, dental, reimbursement, wellness, disability, life, employee assistance, 401(k), financial wellness and adoption assistance plans. The Benefits Analyst ensures that COBRA rights are properly administrated for the applicable programs and serves as a key point of accountability for welfare plan audits, open enrollment, and timely preparation and filing of all required governmental reports including 5500s. In addition, he incumbent will be responsible for staying current on and ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations affecting our Benefit programs, including but not limited to Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), Internal Revenue Service ("IRS"), Department of Labor ("DOL"), Department of Health and Human Services ("DHHS") and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") regulations. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</p>
