<p>Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a skilled Salesforce Full Circle Insights Integrator to lead the integration and optimization of Full Circle Insights within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical to enabling accurate marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and campaign performance tracking.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the integration of Full Circle Insights with Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate attribution tracking </li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that support campaign performance measurement and ROI analysis </li><li>Configure and customize Full Circle Insights to align with business goals and Salesforce architecture </li><li>Develop and maintain integration workflows using Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and middleware tools </li><li>Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Salesforce and Full Circle Insights </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal system performance </li><li>Provide training and documentation for stakeholders on Full Circle Insights usage and best practices </li><li>Monitor and optimize funnel metrics, campaign attribution models, and reporting dashboards </li><li>Stay current with Full Circle Insights and Salesforce updates to recommend enhancements and ensure compliance with data governance policies* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field </li><li>4+ years of experience in Salesforce integration and administration </li><li>2+ years of experience implementing or managing Full Circle Insights within Salesforce </li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex, SOQL, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato) </li><li>Strong understanding of marketing attribution models, campaign tracking, and funnel analytics </li><li>Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related CRM platforms </li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification </li><li>Experience with B2B marketing operations and demand generation </li><li>Familiarity with other marketing analytics platforms and data visualization tools </li><li>Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) </li></ul>
