A typical day may include:</p> <ul> <li>Building a book of commercial accounts, from single locations to multi-site clients </li><li>Identifying client needs, determining budgets, and closing sales in collaboration with branch arborists </li><li>Maintaining strong internal relationships to ensure seamless client service </li><li>Prospecting and generating new business through outreach to developers, property managers, and large corporations </li><li>Learning and leveraging the full range of SavATree services to maximize client opportunities </li><li>Staying current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <p>You are results-driven, self-motivated, and experienced in green industry business development. You bring:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years in sales or business development in the green industry or related field </li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Solid business acumen for budgeting and forecasting </li><li>Ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities; no task is too small </li><li>Collaborative, low-ego approach and servant-leader mindset </li><li>Established network of industry contacts </li><li>Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time and work flexible hours as needed </li><li>Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S. </li></ul> <p>About SavATree</p> <p>SavATree was founded 45 years ago with a mission to preserve trees threatened by the gypsy moth epidemic.
