<p>Position Summary</p> <p>An Account Executive is responsible for selling our Managed IT solutions into existing accounts as well as developing new clients utilizing a consultative selling approach. Account Executives are responsible for generating leads through prospecting, referrals, and attending networking/professional association events.</p> <p>Principle Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Meet or exceed sales quotas and/or goals </li><li>Be familiar with all products and services in order to discuss and explain our available scope of solutions to prospective clients </li><li>Generate new business through self-directed outbound sales prospecting and activity </li><li>Manage and support existing accounts while generating additional revenue </li><li>Ensure profitability by adhering to pricing structures and strategies as established by Management </li><li>Create sales proposals that can be finalized and submitted with few revisions </li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for assigned accounts and/or sales territory </li><li>Document and maintain all client and sales activity utilizing the company's CRM system </li><li>Manage and convert inbound and outbound sales leads </li><li>Deliver presentations to individual clients and during seminars, conferences, etc. </li><li>Demonstrate good judgment and maturity with clients and have the ability to manage expectations as well as problem solve to help clients reach their goals in the most effective way possible while adhering to company goals </li><li>Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently contribute to a positive work environment </li><li>Develop and maintain close relations with the local business community by being an active member of local associations, Boards, etc </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. </li><li>A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving and service delivery. </li><li>Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>A Bachelor's degree is required.</p> <p>Other Requirements</p> <ul> <li>At least 2yrs experience selling IT services </li><li>Conducts himself/herself in a manner which upholds the Core Values of the firm and the image of the profession. Makes other members of the firm proud to be associated with him/her. </li><li>Supports and offers assistance to other team members and management. Is willing to help others. </li><li>Develops the personal/lifelong traits of: teamwork, great attitude, self-confidence, integrity, image, and good business judgment. </li></ul> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
