With over 180 locations and 10 million treatments performed, were seeking a dynamic, results-driven Real Estate Manager to lead site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio optimization for a designated region.</p> <p>In this role, youll be responsible for the strategic management, acquisition, leasing, and site selection for new clinic openings, expansions, and retrofits, while also managing a pipeline of lease renewals. You will drive strategic growth by identifying high-potential locations, managing real estate transactions from start to finish, and ensuring our clinics operate in spaces that align with our brand standards and deliver on business performance goals.</p> <p>This position requires strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the real estate market to support LaserAways continued national growth.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Portfolio Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the expirations of LaserAways existing portfolio and successfully negotiate lease extensions, options, relocations or closures consistent with the strategic plan</p> </li><li> <p>Manage critical lease dates in partnership with legal, finance, and operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain Real Estate budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Leasing and Acquisition:</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and evaluate markets and perform due diligence for potential new store locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with brokers, legal counsel, and contractors to facilitate real estate transactions including preparation of letters of intent and work letters.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with finance and construction to evaluate new store transaction pro forma and construction budgets.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct market analysis to assess property values and identify trends including preparing and conducting market tours for defined expansion areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain relationships with Landlords and Brokers.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategy and Execution:</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for partners regarding leases, facilities issues, and ad hoc requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the preparation of strategic expansion forecasts when necessary.</p> </li></ul> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. </li><li>Proven experience (37 years) as a Real Estate Manager, or similar role. </li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It Here</p> <ul> <li>Professional Growth: We invest in your success.
