<p>Do your Best Work in Mooresville</p> <p>This position is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. Our corporate office is a space where you can collaborate and do your best work. Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up - we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.</p> <p>Working under the direction of the CEO's Assistant, this role provides routine administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Chairman's Office. The position also supports Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Executive Assistants with assigned administrative tasks and projects.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with preparation and submission of executive expense reports in accordance with company policies </li><li>Process vendor invoices; ensure payments are processed in a timely manner </li><li>Maintain organized files and documentation related to vendor expenses </li><li>Assist in preparing the weekly business summary recap and weekly weather report </li><li>Support maintenance and distribution of the monthly Officers List, ensuring accuracy and timeliness </li><li>Assist with coordination of executive recognition cards, including preparation of signature recognition cards </li><li>Support communication with People Leaders regarding recognized associates, under guidance </li><li>Assist with biannual service award processes, including preparation and distribution of 30-year service vests </li><li>Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies; place orders as directed </li><li>Support handling of incoming and outgoing executive mail with professionalism and confidentiality </li><li>Assist in maintaining an organized and executive-ready office environment </li><li>Assist with scheduling meeting rooms for candidate interviews </li><li>Coordinate logistics with Recruiting partners as directed </li><li>Handle confidential information appropriately and escalate concerns when needed </li><li>Follow established processes and prioritize assigned tasks with guidance from leadership </li><li>Perform routine and recurring administrative tasks under supervision </li><li>Support senior administrative partners and Executive Assistants </li><li>Operate within established procedures and guidelines </li><li>Learn enterprise processes and Executive Office standards </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>1-3 years of administrative, office, or coordination experience preferred </li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Knowledge of Coupa expense management </li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn </li></ul> <p>Lowe's is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.</p>
